Shipping & Returns

Delivery
Bedding, bath, and amenities
Bedding, bath & amenities are shipped via our distribution center. Upon receipt of full payment for products, your order will be delivered within one (1) to two (2) weeks.

Mattresses and foundations, furniture, and case goods
Mattresses and foundations are made to order and shipped via the closest manufacturer/plant. Upon receipt of full payment for mattresses and foundations, your order will be delivered between four (4) to six (6) weeks.

Furniture
Furniture delivery varies by product. Please note:
1. The delivery time indicated on the product description page.
2. Furniture will be shipped separately.

White Glove Delivery
Mattresses, foundations, and furniture will be delivered to your home, unpacked by the delivery person(s), and set up in the chosen location in your home. Set-up may take up to thirty (30) minutes. Delivery costs $50 for mattresses & foundations and covers set-up in rooms that are up to one (1) flight of stairs high. Additional flights of stairs are subject to additional charges and need to be arranged prior to delivery. Delivery price for furniture and case goods is not included and is dependent on zip code. All packaging materials will be removed by the delivery person(s).

Mattress Removal
There is a surcharge of $125.00 for removal of your old/existing mattress. Please call us at 877-888-7400 to add this service to your order.

Returns
Mattresses and foundations and furniture
We cannot accept returns for mattresses, foundations, and furniture.

Bedding, bath, and amenities
We can accept returns for unused bedding, bath, and amenities within up to five (5) calendar days of your receipt of the product. If these types of merchandise have been used, stained, washed and/or five (5) calendar days have passed, they cannot be returned for a refund or credit. If unopened bedding needs to be returned after five (5) calendar days of receiving the product, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total.

Defective products
On rare occasions where a manufacturer defect exists, the warranty agreement protects you as the customer. Defective products are fully covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. For your protection as a customer, please report any defects to our customer service representatives at 877-888-7400, immediately upon delivery and set-up. We cannot accept returns for mattresses, foundations and furniture.
